No decisions have been made yet. We want to hear your ideas. Board members will be present. Come get caught up on who, what, where, why, when, and how learning is being impacted by our facilities and projected enrolments.
In order for you to be fully informed, please see the following links to our Facilities meetings which began last Spring and have just finalized. Reconfiguration Meetings occur once all Facilities meetings have been held and all Data impacting decisions has been received by Staff and the Board. Now we need you to come and share your ideas!
All School District 8 meetings are open to the public except Closed Board meetings and they focus on confidential matters in regard to land, labour and law. If possible, information is moved to the Public Board meeting as soon as we are able.
The next Public Board meeting is Tuesday, December 10 at 6 pm at he Nelson School Board Office, 811 Stanley Street (use side entrance and go to top floor).
