Good Morning, WEG Families!

This Wednesday, we will be recognizing Pink Shirt Day. Pink Shirt Day is an opportunity for our school community to stand together against bullying and to promote kindness, inclusion, and respect. By wearing pink, we show our commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and supported. It is a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference and that we all play a role in building a positive and caring school community.

Join us this Friday for a fun-filled School Game Night for the whole community! There will be dodgeball in the gym and board games in the library, along with a 50/50 draw, raffle tickets, snacks, and exciting door prizes. Families are asked to bring board games to school sometime this week or bring them along on Friday evening. Please make sure all games are clearly labeled. Child care will also be available during the event. This night is open to everyone, so please help spread the word and invite friends and family to attend. Not only is this a fundraiser in support of our OLEP Grade 7/8 class, but it is also a wonderful opportunity to bring our community together and enjoy a great evening of fun. We look forward to seeing you there!

Have a wonderful week!
